1. Data controller

2. What data we process

The info.cellflow.pl site is an informational website. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not run visitor analytics, and we do not embed third-party scripts.

• Email contact: if you write to us at kontakt@cellflow.pl, we process your email address and the content of your message solely in order to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
• Server logs: our hosting provider may automatically record standard logs (IP address, request time) to ensure the security and stability of the service.

3. How long we keep data

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any subsequent cooperation, and no longer than required by law.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The only technical recipients may be the hosting and email providers we use.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to object to it, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). 6. The CellFlow application

The CellFlow application is self-hosted software — it is installed on the client's server, and it is the client (as the data controller for their own company) who decides what data is processed in the application. Data entered into the CellFlow application is not transferred to us or to any third parties.
